Corrections

Mistakes happen. When they do, we fix them and tell you what changed.

If you spot an error, email us through the contact page. Include the full URL and a short note explaining what is wrong. We check every message that arrives on a business day.

Small typos and broken links are patched quietly. If the mistake does not alter meaning or mislead a reader making a health decision, we simply correct the text and move on.

Substantial errors get a dated correction note. That means wrong vaccine names, incorrect age ranges, misattributed policy statements, or any claim that could send someone to the wrong clinic or skip a necessary dose. The note appears at the top or bottom of the article and states what was wrong and what is now correct.

We do not delete articles to hide mistakes. Archived posts stay online with a correction appended. New evergreen guides replace outdated explainers by covering the topic more clearly, not by erasing the old version from the record.

If a correction affects multiple pages, we update each one and cross-link the fixes so readers can follow the thread. Transparency is faster and cheaper than trying to manage confusion later.

Material corrections are logged in a public list on this page when they involve clinical guidance, eligibility rules, or safety data. Minor fixes do not appear in the list but are tracked internally for quality review.

Our goal is same-day acknowledgment and a fix within two business days for anything that could affect a vaccination decision. If the correction requires checking with a health authority or reviewing a primary document, we will reply with a timeline.

Send your correction request to the address on the contact page. Be specific. We appreciate the help.
